We are confident that you will be thrilled with the quality of all of your Ocino purchases. If, however, this is not the case, your returns will be accepted up to 14 days after purchase. Please call for an RMA authorization. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. All returns must be in original condition and be returned with all original boxes, packing materials, brochures, etc. |
